In the TENTACLE - Colon cohort study, we aim to identify predictive factors associated with mortality when anastomotic leakage is diagnosed, and what patient, tumour, resection and leakage characteristics are associated with the success of different initial treatments of anastomotic leakage.

This retrospective study will be performed in a multinational setting. The TENTACLE - Colon study data is now in the pilot testing phase and data collecting is expected to start in September 2024.
